Welding regulators are effective in verifying the flow of shielding gas to welding puddle. To meet the needs of industry based users, Moglix has come up with an assortment of welding regulators. The special application regulators that are available as a part of this range operate using ultramodern ESAB technology. They include the latest design trends and tested diffusion resistant materials for controlling exacting requirements of services for speciality gasses. The single stage regulators that we offer are best suited for use in applications for gases with low cylindrical pressures or the ones with only small inlet pressure differences during the period of use.At Moglix, we are well aware of the ever-changing needs of customers. Therefore, we have procured welding regulators of the latest range from well-known brands like Larsen and Toubro Messer, ESAB etc. The product price has been kept within a reasonable range to suit the budget of customers. To acquire the best offers on welding regulators, select from the exciting collection offered by Moglix.
How do you know how much gas is left for welding?
Check the gauge to see how much gas does the welding tank has. The gauge, which is commonly measured in pound-force per square inch (psi), will indicate when the pressure falls. Keep a track of the pressure in your tank while it's full, it might go as high as 1000 psi. You'll know it's half full when the pressure exceeds 500 psi.
How do welding regulators work?
A welding regulator is a device that controls the pressure of gas released from a cylinder to meet the requirements of the welding operation. The regulator accomplishes this by lowering gas flow, allowing gas to be used more efficiently while also reducing safety risks.
What should the regulator be set at for MIG and TIG welding?
The gas flow rate is determined and measured in cubic feet per hour (cfh). The MIG welding machine's flow rate should be set between 25 and 30 cubic feet per hour. For most applications, the TIG welding equipment should have a capacity of 15 to 20 cubic feet per hour (cfh).
